Who is responsible for the risk of loss during shipping?

The risk of loss passes to the purchaser once the shipment is handed over to the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any damages during shipping.

What happens if the shipper is unable to deliver my package?

If delivery fails after three attempts, the package will be returned to Blue Earth. We will then contact you to arrange an alternative delivery plan, and you will be responsible for the new shipping cost.

What are the conditions for a successful return?

To ensure a successful return, your item must be broken, in its original, unworn condition, with all original packaging, documentation, and diamond certificates included. Additionally, you must follow the return shipping instructions provided to maintain the insurance coverage on your package. If any part of the packaging is missing or damaged, or if the shipping instructions are not followed, a $100 deduction will be applied to your refund.

We will weigh and verify the authenticity of the item, including the diamond or gemstone, against its certificate. If any discrepancies suggest the piece has been altered, a refund will not be issued.

How long does it take to process my refund?

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect and verify the item within 7 business days. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method, minus any applicable return shipping fees. Please note that custom orders are non-refundable.
