Return Eligibility

• Items can be returned within 7days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, in original packaging, with certificates.
• Customized or engraved items are non-returnable.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed within receiving day to 7day for items of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid).

Return Process

2. Ship the item with a tracking number.
3. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.
